Nationwide Student Loan Scandal

Andrew Cuomo, New York Attorney General sent a letter to the University of Texas (UT) alleging that Lawrence W. Burt, Director of Student Financial Aid received stock from Student Loan Xpress Inc., a company that is included on the UT preferred lender list.
Burt has been placed on paid administrative leave amid the growing scandal concerning student loans that has turned into a nationwide scandal.
The Rag Box has attempted to contact Student Loan Express for a response to the allegations of wrong doing by posing as as the Financial Aid Department of a fictitious "Bivens College of Criminal Justice". In an Email sent to Student Loans Xpress, the "Director" of Bivens College asked if it were possible to receive kickbacks in the event the so-called college were to make Student Loan Xpress the preferred lender for "their growing body of students." There has been no response as yet from the Loan institution.
Readers of The Rag Box might wish to take the opportunity of contacting Student Loan Xpress in the hope that they might have better success in receiving a positive (and lucrative) sign from the company. If so, The Rag Box would like to know of your success. Student Loans Xpress may be contacted at this link.
